The food in the Sherwood Restaurant was hit and miss. Myself and my husband experienced afternoon tea at Thorsby Hall on May 24th. I have just registered on tripadvisor and honestly have never complained before but this was such a bad experience of a lack of customer service and a lack of some one to take responsibility for a mistake made by their company I work in customer facing business myself and really can not understand their approach today!
